In the unfortunate event that a pickup has been scheduled by the courier company, but for some reason no one has come to pick up the product, the pickup is automatically rescheduled for the next working day.
You may also get in touch with the courier company to reschedule the pick up to a specific date that you'd like by citing your AWB number that has been shared with you. However, if you wish to change the pick up address, you can drop in a request with the updated address and contact details and we will have a new pick up scheduled for you.
If you are in a hurry or if no one is available at the mentioned time, you can go and drop the parcel at the nearest Bluedart office. Here's a link where you'll be able to find the nearest office based on your location or pincode.
