As long as you have your invoice which serves as your proof of purchase, any Shure service center that services headphones should be in a position to fulfill your warranty claim request. If you’ve bought the product from Headphone Zone's webstore but have misplaced your invoice, you can simply contact us with your order number and we will send you your invoice.
