All products sold on Headphone Zone come with warranty. You can find the warranty period of your product on its product page.


For products where we are the service partner, all you need to do is contact us and we will help you out. For others, you will have to contact the brand’s service partner. If you are having difficulty getting a resolution or getting in touch with them, you can contact us and we will escalate your issue.
