Once you send your return request, it will take us up to 24 hours to approve it. In cases where we need further clarifications regarding your issue/defect, we will get in touch with you before approval which may take longer.
In cases where it is possible, we will try to resolve the issue over the phone without having to get it to our warehouse for inspection. Eg. if you are having difficulty connecting your wireless headset with your phone, we will help you with the same on call or with video instructions.
