If your product is not working with your phone/ laptop but is working with other devices, you may be facing a compatibility issue instead of a manufacturing defect.

Some earphones/headphones are made to work only with certain hardware/Operating Systems. For example, a earphone that is made for an iOS device will work with your iPhone but not with your Android smartphone.

So what exactly is the difference between a manufacturing defect and compatibility issue?
In the case of a manufacturing defect, your headset will not work with any device. In the case of a compatibility issue, your headset will only work with the devices it supports (as explained in the above example).

How do I avoid this?
You can check our product page to confirm whether a headset is compatible with your device. Alternatively, you can even submit a ticket (below) and we will give you suggestions based on the device you use.
