Headphone Zone has started an initiative for repairing products for limited brands like Jays and V-MODA headphones and earphones in India. You can send in the repair request of your products that are out of warranty or is not covered under warranty and we will try to help out. This repair service will be on a chargeable basis and the charges will vary depending on the kind of repair and the spare part needed for the repair.
Process:
Step 1: Please fill the repair request form
(Every request will be assigned with a unique reference number)
Step 2: Once we receive the repair request, we will evaluate the feasibility of the repair
Step 3: Post evaluation of the repair request we will let you know if the repair is possible or not. If possible, we will offer the best possible solutions and the correspondent charges for it.
Step 4: Once you agree on the repair charges, you will have to courier the product and share the tracking ID with us
Step 5: We will send the acknowledgment email to you about receiving the unit at the Headphone Zone warehouse.
Step 6: We will analyze and figure out the actual issue and suggest which of the offered solutions will sort the issue, you can go ahead and make the payment.
Step 7: Once the payment is received, we will start the repair process.
Step 8: We’ll share the final repair status with you.
Step 9: We’ll send the unit back to you.
