How to Pair the Sennheiser CX 400BT TWS

  1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and insert them into your ears
  2. Simultaneously touch and hold the right and the left touch control for 3 seconds and it will go on pairing
  3. Search the earbuds on your device and the pairing is done 


How to Reset the Sennheiser CX 400BT TWS

  1. Connect the case to the charger
  2. Insert both the earbuds in the charging and press and hold the touch control on both the earbuds for 5 second and the reset is done
