All CCA products are engineered for durability; in the unlikely event that a CCA product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please submit the form below. All you gotta do is make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for a warranty claim. 

Please note that Headphone Zone is authorized to handle the warranty claims for the purchases made only from Headphone Zone's website. 


CCA's Warranty Period is 1 Year from the date of the Invoice for all products excluding accessories.

  • Damages to accessories
  • Any other accidental damage
  • Natural disasters or animal-related damages


How to claim a warranty?


Step One: Fill the Warranty Claim Request Form below by sharing with us all the necessary details -  defect, invoice, model name, etc. Once we get your request, we will get back to you in a day's time.

Step Two: Once your claim request is approved, a unique WCID (Warranty Case Id) number will be assigned to your case. Once it's approved, the faulty unit has to be couriered to us by the customer.

Step Three: Once the unit is received by us, we shall start the inspection process and get back to you. We shall thoroughly inspect the unit for the issues that you have highlighted and will share an inspection status. This entire process can take up to 7 working days. 

Step Four: If the inspection status validates your issue, we will first try to repair your unit and if we are unable to do so, we will send you a working unit of the same model. If a replacement unit is unavailable or the model has been discontinued then we will send you the successor model. The unit will be sent to the address mentioned in the form.


Under warranty claim for this brand in India, we are able to offer some repair services for certain models. We shall try to repair your faulty unit and if we are unable to do so, we will send a working unit to you as a replacement.

Refunds and store credit are not allowed under warranty claims.

In order for us to proceed with an approved warranty claim request, the customer needs to bear the shipping charges of sending the unit to us and we shall bear the shipping charges while sending the replacement unit to the customer.

If the inspection status validates your issue with the unit, we will ship a working replacement unit to you at our own cost

What will we offer for Discontinued products?

For discontinued products, we will offer successor models as directed by the brand.
