How will I know that my order for pre-owned gear has been dispatched? Print

Once the product is picked up from the seller, a tracking ID will be sent in a shipping confirmation email that will allow you to track your order.

Please Note: You CANNOT cancel a pre-owned order once the product has been dispatched from the seller's end.
