We use our super-fast Courier Partners like Blue Dart and DTDC to send the replacement unit. In exceptional cases like your pincode not being serviceable by either of our courier partners, we use SpeedPost to send the Replacement. Once we receive the inspection status we will get in touch with you to confirm if you want the replacement to be sent to the same address used while placing the order. If there are any changes to the address or if you want the replacement unit to be sent to a new address let us know and we will have that done for you.
